POOL RULES
Sorry, I hate having to have rules but unfortunately we need them for Health and Safety reasons.
For your dogs’ safety, comfort and hygiene:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for toileting.
If your dog goes to the toilet in the pool (Poo's not Wee's)a charge of £15 for pool closure will be made.
This is because the pool will have to be closed and thoroughly cleaned before any dogs
can continue to swim.
Please do not feed your dog 4 hours before swimming and for at least an hour after.
If your dog has had diarrhoea within the last 10 days he/she will not be allowed to swim.
If you have booked an appointment please rearrange giving us as much notice as possible.
We cannot swim dogs with infectious/contagious conditions e.g. ears, eyes, skin.
Owners are advised to rearrange appointments giving as much notice as possible.
We cannot swim bitches in season.
Please give us at least 24hours notice for cancellation of appointments a charge of £15
will be made for cancellation without 24 hour notice.
All dogs must be referred by their Vet.
Please keep us informed of any changes to medication, condition or if the treatment must
be stopped.
Do not alter any medications without Veterinary advice.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment.
We reserve the right to use video/photographic equipment during hydrotherapy sessions.
Individual sessions can be paid for on the day but courses must be paid for in advance.
Children under 16 years are not allowed in the pools area, there is a viewing area in reception to
allow them to watch.
A maximum of 2 adults only in the pool area at one time.
Please ensure your dog is up to date with Vaccinations, flea and worming treatment.
Dogs are swum entirely at owners’ risk.
Owners must wear non-slip shoes and take care in the pool area, we cannot be held responsible
for any injury to animals or people in the pool area.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles in or around
the premises.
These rules are in place for the safety of all animal and persons in the pool area.
